After a long wait with no staff at the front desk, we left disappointed when they finally noticed us. The atmosphere was chaotic and unwelcoming, making our experience quite frustrating.

My stay was marred by a lack of cleanliness in the room, as it wasn't as tidy as I expected. The noise from the guests above me was unbearable, keeping me awake until early morning. I was also incredibly disappointed to find the hot tub was not functioning, which was a significant reason I chose this hotel.

The staff were really really good,, especially Latoya who had a smile that could light up a room and made us feel at home right away! The breakfast was pretty good, and I really enjoyed the made-to-order waffles, they really hit the spot after a long day!

The Hampton Inn provided a comfortable stay with a clean room and a generous breakfast that included a variety of options such as freshly baked pastries and different cereals. Staff interactions were consistently positive, with efficient assistance when needed. The presence of a business center was a valuable addition for completing work tasks during my stay.

Limited parking due to large vehicles taking up space.
